Graham Walker, Acting Director, e-Strategy

Graham joined OeE, on secondment from the Department for Education and Skills, in November 1999 where he had previously served as Private Secretary to Margaret Hodge MP, Minister for Employment and Equal Opportunities.

He is currently responsible for OeE's strategic policy work on broadband, internet access and use, the UK regulatory framework, and market analysis and benchmarking. Graham has a first class degree in Policy Studies from North London University, and a Masters Degree in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics. His interests include 'amateur' political philosophy, reading Raymond Chandler novels, and supporting Fulham Football Club.
